Default BES 4.1.2 for Exchange - Sync Issue

I have one user that hasn't rec'd email on his bb 8703e and I also noticed that the bb manger says that his last contact time is about the same time he noticed that he wasn't getting any new email?

Looks like the bb manger hasn't updated or forwarded any email in days, where all other users have been working just fine.

Is there a way to resync his phone without having to wipe it and reconfigure as a new?

The user doesn't have the ability to sync other than via wireless.

What is his signal status? I have users constantly tell me they haven't gotten mail for so many days or hours the BB manager confirms the last contact time and find they lost signal and it didn't come back without shutting wireless off and back on

There status is running as if everything is ok....but the last time of contact was days ago!

They have a full signal? Has user pulled the battery and reset? What does the BES show for pending messages? Any errors on user name in event log? Did you resend service books or resend IT policy to see if those reach device? Any encryption key errors?

Yup, removing the battery worked. Should have tried that first....duh!
