I have one user that hasn't rec'd email on his bb 8703e and I also noticed that the bb manger says that his last contact time is about the same time he noticed that he wasn't getting any new email?
Looks like the bb manger hasn't updated or forwarded any email in days, where all other users have been working just fine.
Is there a way to resync his phone without having to wipe it and reconfigure as a new?
The user doesn't have the ability to sync other than via wireless.
