Default want to see BB sent items but not Outlook sent items

Please Login to Remove!

OK, I have a BB in an BES/Exchange environment.
I have a user who wants all messages to be forwarded to her handheld (no filters applied). With this option, it also sends her sent items from Outlook to her handheld. Now I know she can hide sent items on the handheld, but she wants to be able to see sent items from the BB ONLY.

How can I set this up?

The only way I know to stop the sent messages from Outlook from appearing is if I select in email filters "if no filters apply, send email to handheld" set to No. But if I do that then not every email gets forwarded (i.e. if an email was sent to her via distribution list).

Go into the Messages app; click the wheel, select options, then EMail Settings.

From there, either click the menu key (8100) or the trackwheel and select "Folder Redirection".

Expand the folder list by clicking on the mailbox name.

Remove the check mark next to Sent Items.

That should work.
