Default Any way to get older mail onto BB after the fact?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user who copied a bunch of emails from her inbox in Outlook to a new folder, and then deleted from her inbox. Since the BB is setup on the BES, it reconciled and the emails on the BB were deleted. Is there anyway to get the emails back on the handheld without resending them to herself?

If so copy the emails from the Oulook folder to the inbox and re sync....

They should... If they are in a different folder and are copied back into the inbox..... they should pop back onto the BB at the next sync.... I know nothing about BES because i never used it, but in theory at least it should work....

*might* need to mark them as new or unread....

Somethings wrong. the emails deleted in outook dont delete on the BB.
I checked all options on BB and DT. there is wireless sync but what i see is from the BB to the desktop if you delete on the BB not the other way around.

I use BES.

Unless I missunderstood the question or my options are different

I tried marking it as unread and copying back to the Inbox. Doesn't work. BES doesn't recognize that being the same as a new email being delivered.

You can't copy to the inbox folder they must be sent to the folder.
Send them to yourself. The only issue will be, they won't display the original sender in the from line but you will have them back.
