The enterprise activation if for people on a Blackberry Enterprise Server.
If you are using an Blackberry Internet Service Account, you dont need to do it.

BES Enterprise Activation is usually for use with an employer's Blackberry Enterprise Server. it's used to get your corporate email. If this is your personal BB and are not using it through your employer then just hide the Enterprise Activation icon. If it says "activating" click the wheel (or menu button on the Pearl) and select cancel activation and then hide the icon.

Enterprise Activation has nothing to do with whether or not you can get internet/data. It is for corporate mail users only. If you don't have corporate mail, hide the icon.

The only way to get internet/data on the BB is to sign up for a Blackberry Data Plan. If you have a BB data plan your data should work just fine.

You will also need to setup a BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) account to configure the email services for your BlackBerry: https://webclient.ap.blackberry.net/...p?site=telstra
