Default RE Registering

Please Login to Remove!

My BB 7230 is registered with a different proider and i need to re register it gow do i go about this

You'll need to call the old provider and have the BIS account closed and disassociated with the PIN/IMEI numbers.

Edit: Try this link. This user had the same issue and was able to resolve it.

I bought it of ebay so how will i know?? it was supposed to be new so why would it already be registered

If it's already registered then it's obviously not "new." it may be amost new but someone used it to access email. This is always a tough one. Your carrier may be able to help but I doubt it. You don't know who the old carrier is and if you did they wouldn't help you because it's not your account. The only other option is RIM. I think people have had some success with calling RIM for help with this kind of issue.

RIM stands for Research in Motion. They are the company that makes BlackBerrys.

Here is some contact info for RIM. You might check with your carrier and see if there is anything they can do for you first. You could also check with the seller on eBay.
