Default BBPerl-8100 or BB8700??

Please Login to Remove!


In addition to size, is there any noticeable difference BBPerl-8100 or BB-8700?
Does 8700 offer something which 8100 don't?

MMS messagin is on the Pearl which I believe isn't on the 8700....and of course you have the difference in keyboards.....some can adapt to the suretype keyboard others need a full keyboard....thats just for starters

I'd say go to Phone Scoop and compare the two side by side...they go into good detail there.

biggest thing is that the Pearl has expandable memory and the 8700 doesn't (but of course thats cause the Pearl has a camera and media player but gotta have room to store the files afterall).

Pearl has the camera, media support and expandanble memory.
8700 has the full sized keyboard.

I use them both, and they are both great. Differences have been mentioned above. Go to BlackBerry's website and compare the two. Better yet, go to a store and see them side to side and have actual hands on experience.
