I'm running BES 4.1.2 with Domino 6.5.5. One of my users would like it so
that when he reads an email on his 7130e, the email is still marked unread in his Notes mailbox.
The folks at RIM said the only thing to do was to disable email reconciliation.
The folks at IBM had no ideas on how to do this.

Anyone know of a way to make this happen?

Double check the account permissions to make sure that it has the rights to make changes back to Notes.
