Lightbulb VZAccess error 711 fixed!

I was getting an error when using my BlackBerry device as a tethered modem. I am using VZAccess Manager from Verizon Wireless and my device is the 7130e. No networks showed up in my available networks list and when I tried to reinstall I got a 711 error. When I looked at my Windows Event Viewer System log I found out that the application was trying to use the Telephony service which I had disabled (through Windows services). Once I enabled it and started it, everything worked fine. I hope this helps someone!
