My work just upgraded their Blackberry server. It works great. I guess every ything syncs wirelessly. However, my laptop no longer can connect to email. It just hangs there at "connecting to email". No one in the IS dept. knows anything. I was able to connect by downloading the software to another desktop computer. I have upgraded everything to 4.0 and my laptop used to connect with no problem.
Also, a small annoying thing, since the upgrade-whenever an email is sent from desktop Outlook it now shows up as a sent email on the handheld- makes it hard to scroll through the messages. I can't figure out how to turn it off, and don't want to have to hit alt-i every time.
