Default Uncaught Exception: CNR?

Does anyone know what this message means? I sometimes get it on my 7290 after resetting by pulling the battery. Same error occaisionally occurs on my SO's 7230. Both are running 4.0 ( for their respective models).

So, no one else has ever seen this? (we just now have two 7290s with the same error)

Any words of wisdom?
