Hello all, I recently bought a blackberry pearl and have a quick question...

On my desktop the link to messages doesnt acknowledge my SMS messages. The graphic at the top of the screen appears when I get a new SMS but the desktop menu "messages" doesnt change to shop the message.

Can I change the setup so that the messages line on the desktop references SMS?

On your desktop PC or do you mean the home screen? You won't be able to read SMS on your PC if that's what you're asking.
