Default BES upgrade and Server Move

Please Login to Remove!

All,

I am trying to move my BES installation to a new server. I have a guide that was sent to me by tsupport and have followed it precisely. My BES server is up and operational on the new hardware and I also upgraded it to 4.1.2...Here's my problem

I have some users on Exch 5.5 and some on 2003 and my old server would deliver emails no matter what server they were on. My new server will only deliver to Exch 2003 recipients. In the errors log I see "Unable to open Information Store" for users on Exch 5.5 servers. I'm sure this is either a mapi32 or CDO or both problem but I'm not sure where to go from here. When I setup my 2003 server I installed the Exchange 2003 Sys admin tool along with the Exch 5.5 Admin tool. (This is only way I know to get the 5.5 Admin tool on the box because you can't install it from the 5.5 CD).

How do I tell what version of CDO and Mapi are registered on my new 2003 server (I'm trying to compare versions). Any help would be appreciated.

I'd say repost in the BES admin section.....you'd probably get better luck w/ that problem
