Thanks Jibi. They provided me once with a password when I was first added to BES, and then once again when I upgraded my OS. It was the same password both times. So you are saying that I would need to connect it to my DM on my office computer in order to do this right? If so, I would need to do an EA while the device is connected to my office pc? Is there no way just doing an EA on the new device without connecting it to a pc?
