it was about midnight last night and i was in the middle of typing an SMS message and the screen went completly blank and said, "JUM error" i didnt know what to make of it at the time but i lost alot of my contacts in my addressbook bc that completly wiped my handheld. what would cause it to do this?

also, can someone tell me how to copy my addressbook onto my sim card. thank you. btw, im using a blackberry 7290.

Most JVM errors stem from corrupt software and the software will need to be reloaded.

There is no way to save contacts to the sim card. You may only load them from the sim card.

Wrong - call up your contact, scroll down to the number you want to save for that contact, click trackwheel and select "Copy to Sim Phone Book"

btw SIM phone books can only contain one number for each contact
