Well here is one... For what I understand, the BB 7290 has Bluetooth capabilities. we just implemented BES 4.0 last week and are preparing to migrate all our BB we have here to 4.0.0.219 ( Platform 1.6.1.48 ).

One client in particular has the 7290 as all others have the 7280.

I can't seem to make the 7290 recongnize the Bluetooth Motorola headset client is using . Is there anything im missing here ? Or will the upgrade change any bluetooth recognition ?

Thanks for the help in advance

I had the same problem. Went to options and disabled the bluetooth feature. Reenabled it, then followed the steps to reconnect the headset. After you disable the bluetooth, you may want to turn off the 7290 and then turn it back on. That fixed my problem after upgrading to 4.0
