Just got several calls from our users (Company BNSF) getting this for Cingular on their BB units. Our BES Admin already verified seemless upgrade to BES v4.1 SP2 and these calls began Saturday afternoon so we know its not related to the BES.
Billing system everything being transmitted to towers fine, however migrating to the NEW system is causing a system Provisioning Error. Completion should resolve around 8am EST Monday Morning.
