I apoligize for the stupid question here but i'm really a blackberry noob. while installing the software I added the BESAdmin user to active directory.

My question is do I install the software under this profile?

I recently installed the software prior using our admin profile and BB seemed to work fine but had some server problems unrelated to BES that I had the redo the server. Now that I am reinstalling everything, I was looking at the BES installation guide but there's nothing that I find that says to do under the BESAdmin profile.

Edit: I am installing the Blackberry Configuration database on the same server

i'd repost in the BES admin section of the forum....you'll have better luck there
