Currently have my TMOBILE 8100 Pearl hooked up @ work using the Enterprise BES server, I am getting my lotus notes email and local address all via wireless. My question is, what steps have to be take, or what threads should I look @ if I would also like to sync with my address book I keep @ home in outlook?

Set up Blackberry Desktop Manager on your home computer to sync your address book with Outlook.
You might want to check with your BES admin to see if there are any IT policies on your Blackberry that would prevent this from working.
