Default JUM error 113?

I have a 7250 and and get this "JUM error 113 reset" and a white screen about once a week. Can anyone help me with this?

i have a 7290, and the same thing happened to me once, i lost alot of data, it hasnt happened again, and from what I heard its from corrupt software. I'm hoping that it does not happen again.
