Default Receiving Emails on Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

Good afternoon to all,

The owner of the company told me that he is receiving emails in his blackberry but not on his Outlook. Is there a feature in the Blackbery that would prevent an email from showing up in Outlook? He also metioned that if he works on Web Outlook everything he does on Outlook Web Access sychronizes with his blackberry. If anybody can help me with this strange issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Erick

I assume you are using a BES correct? If so, that seems extermely strange being the (anyone else can correct me if I'm wrong) BES basically is a server that synch's what ever is on the exchange server to the blackberry, so it's taking the information of exchange in the first place. Anyone have other ideas?

Yes Matt I am using BES and I have thought the samething. But I saw it with my own eyes. He sent me a email from his AOL account and I receive it and he gets it on his blackberry. I believe I have gone over all points to see if I could find a setting that might have been set incorrectly, but no such luck. Thank you for responding.

Have you disabled redirection to the BB and seen that the mail then gets delivered to his outlook (to rule out the BB causing the issue)? Just a thought
