Default Register Alltel 7130e on Verizon? shut data off?

I was wondering if you can register an Alltel 7130e on the verizon network? Anyone know how to do so?
Also, how do you shut all the data (email/internet...) off on the blackberry? Thanks

Verizon typically will not let you put another carrier's device on their network.
