Default EVDO vs. Non-EVDO BB 6750

Sorry I forgot to ask about non-EVDO speed significance with the 6750 in my last post. A 6750 doesn't have enough memory to load BB 4.1 OS so it cannot access the EVDO network. Is this a big deal?

It doesn't have an EVDO radio. Not a software issue. It will use 1xRTT and not 1xEVDO. Browsing will be slower.

I don't think it is that much of a big deal. Guess it depends upon how much you use the browser.

I find EDGE on my 8700 is fine.

You are actually more limited by the processor, available memory and the connection itself.
