I received a new Blackberry 7230 yesterday, about an hour later it turned off and the following error appeared on the screen:
JUM Error 541
Reset
I turned it on again and everything was ok until the evening, then it tuned off by itself while lying on the table and since then nothing works to power it on, no battery replacement etc. only the red led flashes 4 times, then stops and then flashes again...

Any solutions?

Seems like you have a software error on your device.

try resetting by taking the battery out for a few seconds.

If problem persists you will need to exchange your handset or re-load the handheld software.

i have the same problem with my 7230 showing jum error 102 reset and after reseting the same problem persist.what will be a final solution towards this thread.

you can either re-load OS or if able to replace handset
