I have searched for this, and either I don't understand or I cannot find the directions for reloading the OS.

I have downloaded the 4.0.2.23 software for my ATT Wireless 7280. I installed in on my lap top with out a hitch. I used the JL_CMDER to wipe the blackberry. I thought if I just hooked it up to my computer with the desktop manager it would automatically reload. Even when I open the application loader there are no apps to load. I know I have to be doing something wrong, could someone help me out please?

Check that, just looked and I downloaded the 7700 series OS. DOH!

I am pretty sure that if I use the right software I will not have an issue.

Oops

- Download
- Execute
- Delete VENDOR.XML from the PC hard drive
- Start Desktop Manager

make sure you saved the OS file then installed it....or else Desktop Manager won't see it there to load onto your BB.

This is only required if you downloaded software from a carrier different than the one your BlackBerry is thru.

(I know that but it saves on the next message that DM says No Applications Have Been Found)...
