Default Is there a way to separate e-mail folders?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have multiple e-mail inboxes on my Blackberry: My Exchange server (setup by my office IT department) and three additional Internet e-mail addresses (gmail, hotmail, and yahoo, set up by myself).

Right now, all four of these e-mails show up in my default inbox. There are also three other icons for each of the Internet e-mail addresses. Is there a way to make it so the e-mails only show up in their own e-mail inboxes? I want the default inbox to have my exchange e-mail and nothing else. I can just go to the other icons to get the other e-mail.

Does this make sense? Is there a way to do this?

Thanks,
PB

Unfortunately, all messages show up under Messages.

I have several personal email accounts as well as my corporate BES account, and have set up saved searches for each account so that I can hit [Alt]B to display all my BES email, [Alt]Y to display all my Yahoo email, etc.

In messages, click the wheel and select Search. Scroll down to Service, hit [Alt] and select the service you want to display. Click the wheel and select Save. Give the saved search a name and assign it to an [Alt]Key combination, click the wheel and select Save.

Once you've done that for each of your email addresses, it's fairly quick and easy to display each mailbox.

The one thing I haven't been able to do is build a search to display all my personal email.

8700c v4.1.0.377

It's the same for all version 4.1 firmware. Not sure about older models running 4.0 firmware.

If you use the Zen theme it actually will divide all your messages up.
