Default Cingular Internet Access on a BB

I use an 8100 as a modem on my laptop to access the internet. Anyone know if that is comparable speedwise, vs. using a Cingular PC card to access the internet?

Either of those options are probably in the 70-90 kbps range. The highest you can possibly get is 236 kbps.

If you look at the Verizon (and probably Sprint) aircard, you should be able to get between 700 kbps to 1.2mbps.

Thanks Dub, I'm restricted to Cingular for now. I'm going to use the BB tethered for now, as that is what I my company gave me. I have to do some homework on cost differences and speeds differences to justify the Cing aircard if it makes sense to switch.
