Default Unregistered Sim card

Please Login to Remove!

So, I have an unregistered sim card from Cingular....As far as I know, not from a pay as you go phone. Are there any practical uses for this?

If you have an unlocked phone with Field Test mode, you can use the unregistered SIM to have the phone give you field test information on the Cingular towers.
