Default Cingular Issue

Please Login to Remove!
I am posting for a friend of mine. He's got a Cingular BB 7290. Since last night he told me that he's only getting GSM and not GPRS. Is anyone else having data issues?

I haven't had any issues - I will ask the typical question for people with new BB's though.. Does he have a BlackBerry Data Plan on his Cingular account?

No issues here, try pulling the battery? Has he received coverage at his current location before?

No issues with my 8700c here in charlotte, I have EDGE.

Go to Options > Host Routing Table. Press the scroll wheel and select Register Now. Then take the battery out for 30 seconds.
