Default Gmail strips attachments

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 8700G/BIS and have my Gmail accounts forwarded to my handheld. All of a sudden Gmail started stripping out attachments (the "paperclip" doesn't show). I checked Gmail and made sure the attachments were there and they indeed were. I also resent my service books, pulled the battery, and deleted and re-added my Gmail accounts to my BIS.

How big is the attachment?

I never had those problems with Gmail on my TMO BIS.

try deleting and readding your email address to the BIS website.

and I agree....check the size of the attachments and see if there is any pattern.

Last night I wiped my device via JL Loader and reloaded my OS. I tried to send a few .jpg's to my device and they ended up being stripped out. I've already tried deleting and re adding the email accounts on my BIS.

I went back to the application loader and it looks like I didn't install the Blackberry Attachment Service. Installed it and the attachments now show.
