Question Help Needed

Please Login to Remove!

Hi good afternoon

I'm having the following issue, I have 6 BB working on my BES, and now im trying to add two new ones and I'm not able to activate the accounts on the BB device. When I click on the Enterprise activation in hangs for about 15 minutes and gives an error message..

The strange thing is that when I go to the server and see the user configuration on the Wirless message reconcilation option it says disabled, and in old users it says enabled.. how can i change this option?

Also I already verified that the mapi is correctly installed, that the BB service network is enabled (well it shows EDGE in uppercases), that the besadmin account has the correct permissions. what else can I do?

Thanks,
Carlos

That option is on the handheld or the desktop manager - I don't think you can change it on the bes. On the handheld go into messages then click and go into options then Email reconciliation then Wireless Reconcile can be off or on -- does not affect mail delivery or enterprise activation that I know of - I have a handful of users who choose to leave it off.

if it is able to be enabled on the BES...and i'm pretty sure it is able to be done.....repost in the BES admin section and you may get better results.
