Default I need some help!

Hello Everyone,

I ran into an unusual issue yesterday. I can receive issues with no problems, when I go to send an email from my blackberry, it doesn't work. This just started yesterday afternoon and I can't seem to figure out the issue. Can anyone help with this?

We need a bit more information (and a more descriptive title)... Are you using BES, BWC or the Desktop Redirector. What model BB and who is the carrier.

Default Email not redirecting from 7250

Hello,

I have an issue that started yesterday. I can't send any emails from my 7250. I can receive them without any problems. I am using a desktop redirector. The message status is "Transaction error-decryption error".

The providor is Verizon Wireless..

Go into Desktop Manager / Security and generate a new encryption key.

I could be wrong, but I think that may be the cause of this. I have "Generate keys automatically" selected and it just updated yesterday. I'll try it and let you know what I found out.
