I had everything open. I downloaded the file and unzipped it. I ran it, a DOS prompt opened up and asked me a question. Didn't that occur for you?

Two things I've experienced with db_clean.exe:

1> If Outlook is in cached mode, disable it before running db_clean

2> Under XP, if db_clean crashes, change it's properties so it runs in Windows 2000 compatibility mode.

O2K3's cached mode is likely your culprit. if it still crashes, delete the profile in outlook and readd it then retry.
