Hi,

I was helping a client to setup their BlackBerry Desktop Manager sync.

They have an MS Exchange Server and LDAP login to MS Outlook.

We were able to get the Desktop Manager sync to Outlook working, however during every synchronization, an "LDAP Login" Screen appears forcing the user to login to the LDAP server. There is no "don't show me this again" checkbox.

This happens at least once every sync, and sometimes seems to happen for each application : Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, etc.

Does anyone have any ideas about how to avoid this LDAP login screen from showing up more than just once?
