Default Unable to Open Error

I successfully downloaded an Application, and it shows up in my icons (an OliveTree bible). But, when I try to open it, the error says "Unable to open COD://Bible_ESV/docHeader.pdb because java.lang.ClassNotFoundException"

Is that a BB issue or a softaware/vendor issue?

I'd suggest its a software vendor issue..

have you tried mailing them for help, together with the full details of your setup - device, s/w version (under options, about) , BES or BIS etc

Yes, the first thing they suggested was deleting any unnecessary languages under the Advances Settings Options. But, that didn't help.

I finally went back in and deleted the software off of both the BB and PC, and downloaded from scratch. Works great now.
