Default Issues with BB messenger

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone,

I'm having big problems with BB messenger. Basically - I switched devices a few weeks ago, and did a full backup & restore on them. The BB Messenger list went with this, so I deleted all my contacts and re-added them, thinking that I had to do this due to the PIN change.

Now, the people who I've tried to add again don't get any request from me and it's all screwed up .. Most of the users are pending on my list but they don't have the requests.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

lieb39

I am assuming you pulled the battery out and you did a reinstall. Correct?

Are u able to send a simple PIN message to anyone or receive a PIN message without using BB messenger?

Ok that is a good thing. Try unistalling BBmessenger and reinstall it clean.

Options-advanced options-applications-bbmessenger-delete

Do a hard reset then download BBmessenger again.

IIRC I had to do a battery pull after install to get BBM to work properly.
