I would like to get a BLackberry 7520 via NEXTEL. Is there any way that I can get my AOL e-mail forwarded to my blackberry?

If they allow forwarding of the account and/or POP access to the account, then yes. If not, then you will have to use webmail through the browser, if its available. If that option is not, then no.
