Default need to sync a palm and a blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to sync a palm and a blackberry using outlook. When I export the data it uses a .dba file extension that outlook wont accept. So I tried manually using .xls and it still wont work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Not sure what you're trying to do -- are you trying to sync the Palm to Outlook then sync Outlook to Blackberry as a migration? Are you trying to sync both to Outlook simultaneously?

I basically need to get the info off the palm and into outlook. My company provides blackberry's to executives and a new hire has a palm that he wants to transfer the info from and into his blackberry. The blackberry is already synced with outlook, I just need to export the info from the palm into outlook and this is where I am having the problem.

Yup, that should work. I was a Palm user - all I had to do was get the Palm data synced over to Outlook using whatever tools Palm shipped with the device (older units used Chapura, newer versions use a Palm utility).

I now have the ability to sync both the Palm *and* the BlackBerry, depending on which I hook up to the USB port.
