Default Failure At Service

Hi Guys

Does anyone know what a Failure at Service Message is when connecting a new user to a BES Server V3.6?

The provisioing of the device is set as Enterprise and not Webclient. Have 30 other devices on BES that are working correctly.

Any ideas?

Are you OK with license count (you mentioned 30 - a round number) and it is a guess.

yeah licences are cool

if it was a license issue i would expect the BES not able to add the users. To me it seems like permissions but its only affecting one device, thats the weird thing!
