Default Need some advice about bes....

Please Login to Remove!

I currently have a 7520 from work with Nextel service. I have a personal Razr with tmobile and a Dell Axim. My purse is really starting to get heavy!

I'd like to just get my own bb to replace all of these devices but I'm curious about whether I'll be able to connect to my office's bes which is on nextel. I'd like to stay with my tmobile network. I can't use push mail...the exchange server isn't available from the internet.

Do any of the bb gurus on here know if that would even be possible?

If it is, what questions would I need to ask my office's bes admin?

TIA

If the office will set you up and you have the appropriate "Blackberry" data plan with your carrier then it should be no problem. You said the office BES is "on Nextel" - which doesn't really make sense. A BES needs to be connected to the internet in order to push email out to the Blackberry network.

BES doesn't care what the carrier is. I'm guessing the OP's office standardized on Nextel BB's.
