We went through a Blackberry server upgrade, but, due to corruption, we had to back out. Things are working but the Enterprise Activaiton Icon is still showing on some devices.

Any way to remove that icon for now till we need to upgrade again so it is not confusing to our users?

Instruct how to "hide" the icon out of view. With icon highlighted, press ALT and Click track wheel and select HIDE application.

Out of sight, out of mind.

Seems strange that the enterprise activation icon would still stay though. It sounds like you may have a corrupted serivice book. Are you seeing this on all devices or just 1?

You could try deleting the Desktop[sync] service book and undelete it and see if that makes it go away.

The 'hide' will definitely make it hidden, but there may be a problem below the surface...Just a thought.
