Default Silly Noob Question

Please Login to Remove!

All,

When I first got my BB...when I was typing emails, on instant messenger (AIM), or sms...when I typed "i cant" it would automatically insert the apostrophe and it would capitalize the "I" as well. For some reason that stopped happening. Any idea where the setting is that turns that back on if I somehow turned it off? Or was I just seeing things when it did it at first? TIA.

Check your AutoText (click on Options icon, then AutoTex) to make sure that correction is in there. I don't think there is a way to turn AutoText on or off - it only goes by what entries exist in that list.

It seems that somehow the auto-text stuff includes all of these spanish phrases. Is it possible that I turned the phone to spanish mode somehow?
