Guys

What is the best peice of software i shoiuld use to sycn my yahoo mail account calender on my blackberry

You can try this method.... A bit of a pain to convert to ical then to outlook, then to sync

Or check into SyncJe

have just found out you can do it, but you have to pay yahoo for the service.

You're subject line's a bit off though. You can't sync calendars via POP3. It's only an email protocol.

Where exactly is the feature located? I cannot find it for the life of me. If I can sync my Yahoo calendar with my Pearl - Outlook will go in the garbage!

In theory (meaning, I don't use Yahoo so have not verified) you can use SyncML to get at your contacts and calendar. You will need a SyncML client for your Pearl ($30), and then try these settings:

Try reading this thread (it's not really linux specific, don't get scared off) to help you understand how to make it all work:

How to: Sync BB if you use Linux / Unix

Just replace all the "Mobical.net" stuff with the Yahoo! information in the first link, then see what happens. The good thing is that you can download a trial of SyncJe for your Pearl for free to see if it works *before* shelling out $30.
