Can someone help me out with a problem..

We have a user switching from an O2 Mini which use's MS Active Sync to do email syncing with Outlook and he is changing to a Blackberry (8700)

He is used to having his outlook inbox emails sync'ed to his hand held therefore be able to respond to some of those inbox items via the hand held while out of the office.. and he wants to have the same when using the Blackberry..

Since the syncing with Blackberry Desktop Manager doesnt actually sync with outlook on his office PC (well not that I can see anyhow) how can he still have his desktops outlook inbox also synced with the blackberry?

We are just using BIS.

All of the email will get pushed to the BB. If he doesn't delete it, it should be there. If he needs real time synch, then you should look at using BES or a hosted BES solution.

DM only synchs contacts, tasks, calendar, etc.
