Default No attachments from redirector? Only WebClient?

Please Login to Remove!

I played with the web client for a bit and decided I liked using the redirector at each location I have instead. However, the only way I seem to be able to access attachments on the BlackBerry is if it was forwarded by the WebClient. When I receive mail via the Redirector, it says there is an attachment but the icon does not indicate an attachment and no access to the attachment is available. I do not want to have to use the Web Client. Why is it this way? Can something be changed? Thanks!

The redirector does not support attachments.

Well that's nice. I like how they advertise "Integrated attachment viewing for popular file formats" and then don't even bother to provide the functionality with the software they provide.

ok, I just sent an e-mail with an attachment directly to my web client address and it did not come across properly on the BB device. Why is this?
