I am having trouble with my blackberry 7290. Some emails are being received by it but not all of them. My computer receives all my emails, so what could cause my blackberry not to receive all my emails. Does blackberry have a size limit for incoming email? If my computer and blackberry both pull the messages directly from the server and both devices keep a copy on the server so the other can receive it, i don't know why both devices wouldn't receive everything. Please assist this is driving me crazy and defeating the purpose of having a blackberry.

Has email delivery ever worked properly? Do you have any filters in place? Is your email account or are your email accounts POP3? Let's see... you said that your desktop PC is leaving mail on the server so I'm assuming that you've double-checked that... There's no pattern to the mail that isn't delivered?

As far as i know there are no filters in place. The email account is defiantly POP3 compatible. I cant see any pattern to the emails that are not being delivered. What possible filters could be causing problems?

Assuming you are BIS, check your BIS setup on your carrier's website for filters, routinely found under email setup. If you are BES, its another whole different question.

Another thing. are the missing messages being moved to a subfolde? If so, that could be why.
