Default Error message when clicking on Calendar

Please Login to Remove!

I receive an error message that reads, "Uncaught exception : unpaired graffics.pushing class net.rim.device. apps.internal.calendar.viewer.week field" This user is on a BES 4.0 server and has a 7290 Cingular with 4.1 software. The Calendar synch is set to Wireless on the handheld option and their not using desktop software. Hard reset doesn't do the trick.

Anyone ever come accross this before? I searched on-line and couldn't find much about this specific message. Any suggestions? I'm pretty sure I can probably connect her device to my DM and clear the database but is their anything that can be done from the handheld?
