Default HELP BB7510 Email Problems

I have a BB7510 with Nextel. Love it. Here is the problem and I have been through sveral hours of Tech Support with no solution.

Once an email comes into WebClient or the handheld, it replicates everytime the system refreshes for new emails. This is the only email message that shows up in the in-box in both places. When I go back to Outlook at the office, all my emails are there including the one that has replicated 10 to 15 times during the day.

Anyone got an idea here?

Are you running redirector at the office? I'm not 100% sure on the problem, nor a solution, but I've heard of redirector doing funny things.

Please use the Search feature to find a quick answer.

I have a bb7510 with Telus and the samething happens to me.
I've been trying fix that for weeks and still no luck.
