view text messages only in messages view
 

Hello.

New Bberry user here. I search the FAQ and the forum and didn't find the answer, but I may not have worded my search properly, so I apologize in advance if this has already been asked.

Essentially I don't want to view my texts and my email all mixed up under messages, I just want to view texts there and I will go to my email inbox to view the emails. Is there a way to disable email from being shown in the messages area?

Nope. You can set up searches that filter messages to a specific folder like the SMS inbox, for example.
