Whilst fiddling last night I managed to get up a box with all the recently used applications in it. Does anyone know how I did this, and how I can do it again?!
Thanks

Are you talking about holding alt button and pressing escape?

I think you may be referring to using the Alt, then the Escape button.
It brings up a box with open app, and you can switch between them.
SImilar to the ALt-Tab function of Windows
