Default Help delete service books -please read-

Please Login to Remove!
I got a phone from a friend today and when I installed my service books for my email account on it his keep appearing also. When I go into my email setting his service books for him email accounts dont show there but they do show on the main screen. How do I get tid of these?

Did you or also delete his BIS account on the carrier's website?
Do that, redelete HIS service books, and reboot your phone via a battery pull. Hope this helps.

Go to his carrier's website and disable/delete it. He may need to do it.
